Position: Product Manager, U.S. Marketing – EPKINLY

Overview:
Genmab is seeking a Product Manager, U.S. Marketing to support the launch and growth of EPKINLY, the company’s first hematology product. Reporting to the Associate Director of EPKINLY Marketing, this role focuses on executing brand strategies, developing marketing materials, and collaborating across internal teams and with alliance partner AbbVie to deliver impactful healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement brand strategies and tactical marketing plans aligned with EPKINLY’s vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs) and alliance partners.
- Develop and execute promotional initiatives and omnichannel campaigns.
- Translate market data and insights into actionable marketing tactics.
- Manage agencies, budgets, and project timelines.
- Create and deploy HCP and patient content across print and digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in product or brand management within pharma/biotech.
- Oncology, hematology, or specialty product experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Experience in co-promote or alliance environments a plus.
- Self-starter with adaptability and a hands-on approach.
