Position: Marketing Strategist

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually
Overview:
Praxis is seeking a marketing strategist to support its business development team by managing and executing requests for proposals (RFPs) related to patient recruitment and retention services. The role involves strategic planning, proposal creation, coordination across departments, and active participation in client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic responses to RFPs from pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors.
- Coordinate input from internal teams (creative, media, analytics, PR, digital, etc.).
- Research, write, and edit proposals, presentations, budgets, and contracts.
- Define scope of services and pricing.
- Attend bid defense and client meetings.
- Contribute to long-term account strategies and annual planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years in marketing, advertising, healthcare, or business development.
- Experience with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Teamwork, HubSpot).
- Knowledge (or willingness to learn) of data protection regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong writing, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Ability to adapt to new AI tools and technologies.
