Role: B2B Sales Representative – Life Sciences / Lab Automation
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a subject-matter expert in lab automation products and research domains.
- Identify and qualify leads in biotech, pharma, and research institutions.
- Understand client workflows and challenges to provide customized automation solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, providing ongoing support.
- Navigate complex multi-decision-maker buying processes.
- Drive financial results through new customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion.
- Manage sales pipeline and territory efficiently using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years B2B sales/business development in life sciences, with proven track record in driving revenue.
- Technical knowledge of lab automation, SaaS, or emerging technologies a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Willingness to travel ~50%.
