Summary: Director, Corporate Accounts – Kedrion Biopharma Inc.
Kedrion Biopharma, a global leader in plasma-derived therapies, is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounts to manage key national accounts, including IDNs, GPOs, distributors, specialty pharmacies, and managed care organizations. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, driving product utilization, negotiating contracts, and expanding patient access to plasma therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with national accounts across multiple healthcare channels.
- Design and execute account business plans to drive revenue growth and product adoption.
- Lead contract strategy, negotiation, implementation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to align field execution with brand priorities.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and emerging accounts.
- Conduct sales and trend analyses to inform strategy and share insights with leadership.
- Develop value-based contracts, pricing strategies, and service agreements in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, manage contract timelines, and monitor chargeback processes.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance and plan growth.
- Support new therapy launches by ensuring seamless integration into customer contracts and channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years in field-based sales or national account management, ideally in plasma therapies, orphan drugs, hematology, or immunology.
- Proven success managing complex accounts with IDNs, GPOs, distributors, or specialty pharmacies.
- Strong contract negotiation skills, including value-based agreements.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
