Kedrion Biopharma, a global leader in plasma-derived therapies for rare diseases, is seeking a Rare Disease Sales Specialist to promote its portfolio—Koate, Coagadex, and RYPLAZIM—across the New England region. The role focuses on building strong relationships, educating healthcare stakeholders, and driving product utilization for patients with Hemophilia A, Factor X deficiency, and Plasminogen deficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales performance and growth across a multi-state New England territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with treatment centers, physicians, specialty pharmacies, and patient organizations.
- Educate clinicians on disease states and product benefits to ensure proper use.
- Demonstrate deep clinical and competitive knowledge of bleeding disorder therapies.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
- Manage scheduling, territory coverage, and CRM documentation.
- Deliver impactful, compliant sales presentations using approved materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights, customer feedback, and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic selling skills.
- Must reside in NYC or New England and be near a major airport for travel.
- Driven, patient-focused, and results-oriented with a “hunter” mindset.
