The IT Support Specialist will provide frontline technical support for corporate, regional, and center users, ensuring reliable operation of key systems and devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues and service requests.
- Troubleshoot NexLynk workflows and distinguish between technical and user-training issues.
- Monitor and prioritize application ticket queues.
- Support desktops, laptops, kiosks, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in deploying new applications, hardware, and software updates.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Provide on-call/weekend support and maintain clear documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
