Summary – Director of Solution Sales (Kivo)
Kivo is seeking a Director of Solution Sales to drive new business among Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical teams within pharmaceutical and medical device sponsor companies. This quota-carrying role reports to the Head of Sales and involves close collaboration with marketing for lead generation and services for solution scoping.
The position targets mid-size sponsors (100–500 employees) seeking modern alternatives to legacy systems like Veeva, MasterControl, and Trackwise. Candidates should have experience selling life sciences software or services and ideally be familiar with QMS, eTMF, RIM, or DMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new accounts and inbound leads
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and sales presentations
- Develop proposals, manage the sales cycle, and coordinate customer handoffs
- Contribute strategically to Kivo’s go-to-market approach
