Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define market positioning and deployment plans for Bioptimus’s AI-driven biology solutions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with major biopharma players.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales and business development targets through data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Bioptimus at industry events, deliver compelling pitches, and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and product teams to align business and scientific goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s in Business or Science (PhD preferred).
- Proven success selling to pharma/biotech and scaling business development in high-growth, tech-driven environments.
- Familiarity with AI applications in biomedicine, SaaS models, and the biomedical data lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Extensive network within US/EU pharma R&D.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
