Summary
Invivyd is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator—with potential to convert to full-time—to support a high-volume recruiting operation. This hybrid role (based in New Haven, CT, 1–2 days a week in-office) is ideal for a highly organized, energetic professional passionate about delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. The coordinator will play a central role in managing interview logistics, onboarding, and recruiting operations for 25+ open requisitions at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting Operations:
- Support multiple recruiters by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and ensuring timely progress through the pipeline.
- Manage recruiting systems (Greenhouse) — updating candidate info, posting jobs, generating offer letters, and reporting.
- Organize interviews across multiple time zones and facilitate smooth logistics (virtual/in-person).
- Partner with HR and IT to coordinate onboarding, background checks, and system access.
- Support purchase orders, invoices, and other recruiting administrative tasks.
- Candidate Experience:
- Act as the main contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, professional experience from application to offer.
- Facilitate interview kickoffs and debriefs with hiring teams, capturing feedback and notes.
- System & Process Support:
- Help onboard and train hiring managers and recruiters on Greenhouse tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 2–5 years supporting high-volume recruiting (25+ requisitions), preferably in biotech, life sciences, or fast-paced startup environments.
- Skills:
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with recruiting systems (especially Greenhouse).
- Positive, team-oriented, “roll up your sleeves” attitude.
