Summary
Corcept seeks a strategic, patient-focused marketer to drive access and adoption of its oncology therapies. This role leads the development and execution of access marketing strategies for payers, healthcare providers (HCPs), and key oncology customers, ensuring patients can obtain Corcept’s treatments efficiently. The individual will oversee patient support marketing, payer communications, and pull-through initiatives to enhance product coverage and utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Support Marketing:
- Lead strategy and execution of patient access support campaigns.
- Develop HCP-, patient-, and caregiver-facing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, compliance, medical) and agencies to ensure a consistent, patient-centered experience.
- Pull-Through Strategy:
- Create tools and resources (e.g., MMIT FormTrak) to communicate payer coverage and access pathways to HCPs and field teams.
- Optimize prior authorization and reimbursement communication.
- Payer Marketing:
- Support payer marketing strategy pre- and post-launch.
- Develop payer value materials and reimbursement content to drive product coverage.
- Key Customer Marketing:
- Develop tailored messaging for community oncology practices, specialty pharmacies, and distributors.
- Address adoption barriers and ensure smooth product distribution.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8–10 years in pharma, including 2–5 years in market access marketing (payer, patient support, or key customer).
- Oncology Experience: US oncology launch experience preferred.
- Skills: Strategic mindset, strong collaboration and communication skills, and deep understanding of U.S. healthcare, payer dynamics, and compliance standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Travel: ~25%.
Compensation
- Pay range: $209,700 – $246,700 (based on experience, location, and qualifications).
