Role Overview:
Nuvation Bio is seeking a Systems Support Analyst who will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to end users, primarily in the San Francisco office, ensuring smooth operation of systems, applications, and services. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position supporting desktop environments, onboarding/offboarding, enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), and Microsoft 365 tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks (desktop, laptop, mobile).
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and account setup.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventories.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications (HR/finance).
- Manage service tickets using ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and procurement.
- Support compliance activities, audits, and training programs.
- Travel to the San Francisco office for onsite support as needed.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 4+ years in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, remote support tools (e.g., BeyondTrust), and ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR/Finance systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Intune, JamfPro, SCCM, and IT asset management.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
- Knowledge of security and compliance in life sciences or biotech environments.

- Salary: $125,000–$140,000/year
