Overview:
Culture Biosciences is seeking a strategic and hands-on B2B Marketing Director to lead inbound lead generation, brand development, and support product launches. The role reports to the SVP of Commercial and plays a key role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and lead annual and multi-year marketing strategy.
- Refine brand positioning and customer segmentation.
- Align marketing with Sales, Product, and Development teams.
- Identify new market opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Support lead generation funnels and CRM optimization.
Execution:
- Oversee marketing operations, campaign execution, and automation.
- Lead content creation, digital marketing, social media, and paid search.
- Manage events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development for lead conversion.
- Track marketing KPIs and sales effectiveness using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Life Sciences background preferred).
- 7+ years in Life Sciences B2B marketing.
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiar with AI tools for marketing automation.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willing to travel up to 25%.
