Key Responsibilities:
Product Management & Commercialization
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers overseeing full NGS product lifecycle.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy and R&D capabilities.
- Drive product development timelines, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement.
- Conduct product line reviews and post-launch performance analysis.
Market Strategy & Business Growth
- Serve as a market expert for NGS, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Build business cases for new initiatives, including partnerships, licensing, and acquisitions.
- Align scientific innovation with commercial execution to drive revenue and global growth.
Strategic Partnerships & Ventures
- Identify and develop external collaborations and sponsored research opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and evaluate new business ventures aligned with internal capabilities.
Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales to set budgets, targets, and create impactful marketing campaigns.
- Develop messaging, sales tools, and lead generation strategies.

Requirements:
- BA/BS in life sciences required; MS or PhD strongly preferred.
- 18+ years in life sciences product marketing, with 10+ years leading marketing teams.
- Deep knowledge of NGS techniques, applications, and competitors.
- Proven success in product strategy, team leadership, and external partnership management.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel ~30%, including internationally.
