Summary:
Nomic Bio is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead strategic growth and manage relationships with major pharmaceutical clients in the drug discovery and translational biomarkers space. This high-impact, client-facing role blends technical expertise with enterprise sales leadership, supporting adoption of Nomic’s cutting-edge nELISA proteomics platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key pharma accounts through strategic account planning.
- Engage senior stakeholders (e.g., VPs, Translational Science leaders) and bench scientists alike.
- Drive new business opportunities in the biopharma space.
- Lead complex sales cycles and present scientific/technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (FAS, Technical Sales, Product) to ensure customer success.
- Represent Nomic at scientific and industry events.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of technical or strategic sales experience in Pharma/Biotech.
- MS or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience selling proteomics, biomarker, or drug discovery technologies.
- Strong network in Translational and Clinical Biomarkers.
- Strategic, consultative sales style with enterprise-level experience.
- Willing to travel ~50%.
