Role Overview:
Own and scale Ketryx’s events marketing strategy — from intimate networking dinners to the company’s first flagship conference. You’ll lead both owned and sponsored events, generating measurable pipeline and brand lift through memorable, high-impact experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all owned and sponsored events, from concept to flawless on-site delivery
- Own event strategy, execution, logistics, budgeting, and follow-up
- Partner with Sales to target key accounts, drive attendance, and ensure event-driven pipeline creation
- Design on-brand experiences that are intentional, creative, and memorable
- Track performance and continuously optimize for ROI and attendee impact
What They're Looking For:
- 5+ years in B2B event/field marketing
- Proven success running end-to-end events that drive revenue and pipeline
- Strong project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration
- Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience engaging with Fortune 500 stakeholders and supporting six-figure deals
Preferred Skills:
- Multi-channel campaign experience (email, digital, social) to boost registrations
- Strong Sales alignment and ROI tracking
- Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or regulated industries
