Role: Revenue Operations Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid: in-office Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, WFH Wed)
Compensation: $100K–$120K base + variable + equity

Role Overview:
As RevOps Manager, you’ll be the architect and operator of Ketryx’s go-to-market (GTM) engine — optimizing tools, processes, and data that fuel predictable revenue growth. This is a hands-on, builder role — not just maintaining systems, but designing and scaling them in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align GTM systems (CRM, finance, marketing) to ensure clean revenue data and accurate forecasting
- Own and optimize the sales tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, etc.) to increase team productivity
- Improve pipeline hygiene and create dashboards, attribution models, and actionable insights
- Build automation and workflows that reduce manual effort and improve data quality
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize, launch, and communicate high-impact initiatives
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops (B2B SaaS)
- At least 1 year in Sales or BDR operations
- Deep experience with HubSpot or Salesforce (admin-level preferred)
- Strong hands-on skills with GTM tools like Outreach, Chili Piper, Orum, Zapier, CPQ
- Excellent communicator with proven experience presenting to executives
- Skilled in automation, data governance, and process design
Preferred Skills:
- CRM admin certification or experience
- Strong data analysis and storytelling
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) and metrics like ARR, CAC, LTV
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
