Role Overview:
As the Demand Generation Specialist, you'll own full-funnel marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline for six-figure deals. This includes integrated campaigns, webinars, paid media, website conversion paths, and marketing analytics. You’ll use AI tools to scale and optimize efforts, and work closely with sales and leadership to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate leads and pipeline
- Plan and manage end-to-end webinars and virtual events
- Oversee paid media (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads) and industry partnerships
- Optimize website conversion paths, landing pages, and nurture flows
- Analyze funnel metrics and campaign performance
- Leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, execution, and performance
- Manage organic social strategy and executive thought leadership content
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of B2B demand generation experience
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads
- Strong self-starter, able to manage multiple campaigns independently
- Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making skills
- Comfortable explaining complex technical concepts
- Must be based in Boston
Preferred:
- ABM experience and close sales collaboration
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or media partners
