Ketryx is seeking a Business Development Representative. As a BDR, you'll join a high-performing team generating pipeline from mid-market and growth-stage MedTech companies. You’ll engage founders, engineers, and quality leaders at companies developing cutting-edge technologies like AI diagnostics and surgical robotics.
This role is about more than booking meetings—you’ll play a strategic part in helping regulated companies ship safer products faster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Conduct account research and personalized outreach to drive sales meetings
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on ABM campaigns and pipeline generation
- Maintain accurate CRM data and continuously improve messaging and targeting
- Become fluent in Ketryx’s product and value proposition for regulated software teams
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong interest in a sales career, ideally in tech or healthcare
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Quick learner, especially with complex technical concepts
- Results-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passion for healthcare and technology
