Job Overview:
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role to build and lead Ketryx’s partner ecosystem from scratch. You’ll design and execute partner strategies involving both large enterprise tech platforms (e.g., Atlassian, Siemens) and boutique consulting firms in regulatory and cybersecurity.
You’ll work cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, marketing, product, and legal to drive partner-led revenue, expand market reach, and establish scalable partner programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and launch the full partner program: tiering, incentives, onboarding, enablement
- Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partnerships
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements
- Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) motions and co-selling strategies
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Measure and report on partner performance
- Align cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Legal
Requirements:
- 5+ years in strategic business development, tech alliances, or related SaaS roles
- Experience closing high-impact partnerships with major tech platforms (e.g., Atlassian, AWS)
- Proven ability to build partnership programs and revenue-generating GTM strategies
- Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and marketing sensibility
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment
