Overview:
MJH Life Sciences is hiring an Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of live and virtual events, including conferences and meetings. This role is key to managing logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish
- Coordinate logistics: travel, housing, catering, AV, shipping, signage
- Manage event registration, communications, and attendee support
- Liaise with vendors and venues to ensure high service quality
- Maintain event timelines, documentation, budgets, and reports
- Collaborate with marketing, editorial, sales, and project teams
- Provide on-site support and manage live operations
- Support post-event reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar (preferred)
- 1–3 years of event coordination or logistics experience
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or media a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; event software experience a plus
