Overview:
Genmab is hiring a Senior Manager to lead and manage the technical and strategic direction of its Veeva and Salesforce CRM platforms. This role combines hands-on development, platform governance, and commercial domain leadership to empower field and home-office teams in delivering exceptional experiences to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical and strategic owner of Veeva CRM and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
- Design and maintain the CRM architecture, ensuring scalability, compliance (GxP/21 CFR Part 11), and seamless integrations with platforms like Snowflake, Reltio MDM, and AWS.
- Lead development and configuration across Veeva modules (e.g., CLM, Events, Approved Emails) and Salesforce (Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
- Manage CI/CD pipelines (Copado, GitLab, SFDX) for validated CRM deployments.
- Own the CRM product roadmap and align it with business and data strategies.
- Champion DevSecOps, clean code practices, and test automation (≥85% coverage).
- Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Data teams to optimize CRM-driven workflows and insights.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies (AI, bots, predictive analytics) within CRM to improve field productivity.
- Lead a cross-functional team and manage budgets, KPIs, and platform value realization.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in CRM; 3+ years in Salesforce/Veeva admin/developer roles in life sciences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Developer (required); Veeva CRM Admin (preferred).
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, DevOps tools, API integrations.
- Deep understanding of life sciences Commercial and Medical operations, including global compliance (21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, Open Payments).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology and EU/Japan commercial launch experience.
- GxP-compliant development and privacy governance knowledge.
- Success in improving field engagement, data quality, and CRM insights.
- Financial acumen and global stakeholder management experience.
