Summary:
Argenyx is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager. This role manages the daily operations of argenx’s Toronto office while providing comprehensive project management and administrative support across commercial activities. Key responsibilities include meeting planning, contract and vendor management, advisory board coordination, HCP engagement logistics, and employee onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and vendor relationships
- Process and track contracts and payments (e.g., HCPs, grants, sponsorships) in a compliant manner
- Plan and execute advisory boards, team meetings, product launches, and national events
- Coordinate HCP travel and logistics for conferences and events
- Support new vendor onboarding and employee integration
- Develop and maintain trackers for contracts, POs, sponsorships, and speaker programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations
Skills & Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required
- 5+ years of experience in biotech/pharma, with expertise in project and meeting management
- Strong budgeting, multitasking, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable
- Must be able to travel and be onsite at least 2 days/week in Vaughan
- Passionate and eager to grow within the role
