Position Summary:
Tempus is seeking a MRD Clinical Account Executive is responsible for driving adoption and sales of Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) testing within a designated territory. The role involves strategic business development, working with key oncology stakeholders, and integrating MRD testing into clinical practice at leading cancer centers, health systems, and community practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote MRD testing to clinicians, KOLs, and healthcare executives.
- Develop and execute territory-specific business and account plans.
- Manage client contracts and implement laboratory service agreements (LSAs).
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to meet growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic feedback to leadership.
- Represent Tempus with professionalism, integrity, and trust.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in molecular diagnostics sales (MRD preferred).
- Proven track record of consultative selling and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of oncology, diagnostics, and payer/reimbursement dynamics.
- Skilled in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or marketing (MBA preferred).
Salary Range:
$95,000 – $155,000
