Position Summary:
Tempus is seeking a MRD Clinical Account Executive who is responsible for selling and promoting Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) testing services to healthcare providers. The role focuses on business development, strategic partnerships, and expanding MRD adoption within major cancer centers, health systems, and oncology practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive MRD testing adoption across assigned territory.
- Build relationships with KOLs, clinicians, and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and retain client accounts.
- Manage contracting processes, including LSAs and client-bill arrangements.
- Collaborate with Tempus sales and leadership teams to meet revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and report insights to leadership.
- Represent Tempus with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in molecular diagnostics sales (MRD preferred).
- Strong consultative sales and strategic account management skills.
- Experience working with oncology stakeholders in cancer centers and large health systems.
- Knowledge of molecular diagnostics, oncology, and reimbursement landscape.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or marketing (MBA preferred).
