Job Summary – Senior HR Advisor
Exact Sciences is seeking a Senior HR Advisor who is a strategic HR partner supporting U.S. and international teams. This role provides expert guidance on complex HR issues, with a strong focus on leadership coaching, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and compliance. Working closely with leaders and Legal, the advisor helps resolve sensitive cases, drive HR initiatives, and improve overall business performance through data-driven insights and proactive HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise leaders on HR decisions balancing business needs, compliance, and risk.
- Coach on performance management, employee relations, and team development.
- Conduct and document workplace inquiries in collaboration with Legal.
- Analyze HR data to influence strategic decisions and measure effectiveness.
- Support global HR initiatives, training, process improvements, and SOP development.
- Drive employee engagement, leadership accountability, and organizational development.
- Ensure legal and policy compliance across U.S. and international operations.
- Serve as a role model of the company’s values and inclusive culture.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree (or HS diploma + 4 years HR experience).
- 2+ years of experience partnering with leadership in high-volume HR environments.
- Strong communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent in English.
Preferred:
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
- Experience with international HR laws, Workday, HR case systems, investigations, and project leadership.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, OneNote, and other languages (especially German, French, or Italian).
Other Details:
- Location: U.S.-based with some international scope.
- Travel: Up to 15%.
- Salary Range: $89,000 – $151,000.
- Work Hours: Flexibility needed to support global operations.
