Role Overview:
Diazyme, an affiliate of General Atomics, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative who will drive business growth and build customer relationships across the South-Central U.S. (TX, CO, OK, KS, NE, MO, AR). This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing strategic business plans, and delivering innovative diagnostic solutions to government and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market and product line business and capture plans to support sales.
- Identify and build partnerships with potential customers.
- Analyze market data to spot trends and opportunities, providing strategic input.
- Prepare and present market analyses, product briefings, and conduct facility tours.
- Support business development projects and coordinate promotional activities such as trade shows and advertising.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and promote safe working practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of progressively complex sales/marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of sales concepts, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects, influence customers, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
Salary Range:
$62,460 - $105,533
