Position Overview:
Olema Oncology is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain who will support and coordinate clinical supply operations across Olema’s global development programs. This hands-on role involves managing production timelines, labeling, inventory, IRT systems, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure compliant and timely delivery of investigational products.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Coordination:
- Manage clinical supply timelines for production, labeling, and release.
- Track deliverables and ensure vendor and internal team accountability.
- Support Drug Substance/Drug Product schedule alignment and lot tracking.
Labeling & Release:
- Coordinate clinical labeling activities with CMOs and QA.
- Assist in label text development and approval.
Inventory & IRT (Interactive Response Technology):
- Maintain consolidated inventory reports across CMOs.
- Reconcile IRT data with physical inventory.
- Support IRT setup, UAT, and monitoring (Suvoda or 4G experience is a plus).
Logistics & Documentation:
- Support shipping documentation, vendor onboarding, and temperature excursion processes.
Process Improvement:
- Help standardize workflows, refine SOPs, and improve vendor coordination.
Candidate Profile:
Education & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences or Supply Chain preferred).
- Familiarity with clinical supply chain processes including inventory, TE documentation, returns, and destruction.
Experience:
- 6+ years in biotech/pharma clinical supply chain.
- Experience with IRT platforms and clinical packaging/logistics.
- Skilled in managing external vendors and global shipments.
- Exposure to both early- and late-phase clinical trials.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Excel, Smartsheet, and project tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
Logistics & Compensation:
- Location: San Francisco, CA or Cambridge, MA.
- Travel: ~15%.
- Base Salary: $180,000 – $190,000/year + bonus, equity, and benefits.
