Summary:
Cytek is seeking an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be a key driver of revenue growth by supporting scientists with expert guidance on flow cytometry reagents and workflows. You'll act as a trusted advisor—helping customers optimize their experiments while building strong relationships and closing sales within a mission-driven biotech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain a strong pipeline for consistent future growth.
Customer Engagement
- Serve as a technical expert in reagents and flow cytometry applications.
- Consult with researchers to design panels and optimize assays.
- Collaborate with field teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Territory & Account Management
- Track opportunities, contacts, and forecasts in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Monitor reagent usage trends and identify upsell opportunities.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and quote requests.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Contribute customer insights to guide product development and strategy.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s in Biology, Immunology, or a related life sciences field.
- 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or lab experience (preferably biotech).
- Knowledge of flow cytometry, staining techniques, and immunology.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused.
Preferred:
- Experience selling reagents or scientific tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- History of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Background in consultative or solution-based sales.
