Overview
You will manage all sales activities for Unchained Labs’ product line within Japan, driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. This includes lead qualification, prospecting, customer meetings to understand R&D needs, and collaborating with internal teams to relay customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Unchained Labs BGT instruments and related products in Japan.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of products.
- Generate new business leads proactively and respond promptly to marketing leads.
- Develop and manage key accounts in the territory.
- Navigate customer purchasing processes to close orders.
- Regularly update Salesforce CRM and provide weekly sales forecasts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and manage dealer knowledge/performance.
- Conduct pre-sales seminars, technical presentations, and product demos, collaborating with application scientists as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related science field.
- 3-5 years sales experience in life sciences tools, particularly lab instrumentation.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- English fluency (written and verbal).
- Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% overnight.
