Genmab is hiring a Senior Manager, CRM Developer & Admin to lead the design, development, and governance of its Veeva and Salesforce CRM platforms, supporting global commercial and medical operations. This strategic and hands-on role will ensure the CRM ecosystem is scalable, compliant, and insight-driven, helping field and office teams deliver outstanding experiences to HCPs and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own technical architecture for Veeva CRM (Online/iRep/Engage) and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
- Build and maintain solution blueprints including data models, APIs, security, and compliance frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Configure Veeva modules (CLM, Events, Surveys, Medical Inquiry, etc.) and Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows).
- Lead custom development, enforce clean code standards, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado, GitLab, and SFDX.
- Govern multi-region CRM deployments and establish platform best practices.
- Align CRM systems with data platforms (Snowflake, Reltio MDM, AWS) and identity management systems.
- Drive roadmap vision, CRM innovation, and support initiatives like AI-driven field insights, smart segmentation, and next-best actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical, Data Science) to optimize workflows and field productivity.
- Mentor CRM team members, manage budgets, and demonstrate platform value through KPIs.
Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years CRM experience, including 3+ years with Salesforce/Veeva in life sciences.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Salesforce Admin or Developer certification (required); Veeva CRM Admin (preferred).
- Technical expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, CI/CD tools (GitLab, Copado), and integration design.
- Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, and commercial/medical operations in US/EU/JP markets.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in tech-related field.
- Experience with oncology launches and global CRM governance.
- Background in innovation (AI, predictive analytics, chatbots) and CRM performance improvement.
