Genmab is seeking a Director of Market Research (Hematology) to lead strategic market insights and competitive intelligence initiatives supporting global commercialization efforts for hematologic malignancies and related blood disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute market research plans aligned with global hematology brand strategy.
- Lead competitive landscape analysis, patient and HCP insights generation, and treatment flow mapping.
- Collaborate across global, country-level, and cross-functional teams to ensure research alignment and insight sharing.
- Integrate primary research with analytics and forecasting to guide product strategy, launch plans, and lifecycle management.
- Present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships, and stay informed on trends in hematology and the pharma industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- 5–10+ years of experience in market research, marketing science, or consulting in the biotech/pharma space.
- Hematology or oncology experience is essential; specific background in diseases like lymphoma, leukemia, or myeloma strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver strategic insights using both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong skills in communication, storytelling, data visualization (e.g., Tableau), and project management.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., RWE, patient-level data, sales data).
