Summary:
Location: Norway, Sweden, or Denmark | Full-time | Field-based
Veracyte is seeking a Senior Regional Business Manager to lead and grow its diagnostics business in the Nordics, starting with the Prosigna breast cancer assay and future IVD product launches. This role has direct revenue responsibility and involves strategic planning, sales execution, stakeholder engagement, and market development across public and private healthcare centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and expand the Prosigna assay and future diagnostics in the region
- Develop and execute go-to-market and commercial strategies
- Drive adoption among oncologists and pathologists through scientific, evidence-based value propositions
- Secure reimbursement in collaboration with market access teams
- Represent Veracyte at regional/global events, and manage marketing activities aligned with corporate strategy
- Build relationships with KOLs, hospitals, and national centers
- Manage tenders and identify business development opportunities
- Regular travel within the Nordics is required
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of commercial experience in oncology diagnostics or pharmaceuticals
- Proven track record in product launches (ideally oncology-related)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and market development experience in the Nordics
- Deep understanding of the diagnostic landscape, particularly in breast/prostate cancer
- Native or resident in the region with cultural fluency
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Scientific background (biology, pharmacy, medicine, etc.) preferred
- Experience in lean, fast-paced environments and with international teams is a plus
