Pion is hiring for a Product Manager who responsible for managing and marketing products—particularly laboratory instruments and software for the life sciences industry—throughout their lifecycle. Key duties include understanding customer behavior, defining product positioning, creating customer-facing content, supporting product launches, conducting financial and market analyses, and translating customer feedback into product requirements. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and R&D teams.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (life science, engineering, or related field)
- 3+ years in product management or marketing, ideally in pharma/biotech
- Strong understanding of customer workflows and drug formulation development
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience with Stage Gate and voice of customer (VOC) processes
- Up to 40% international travel required; valid passport and driver’s license needed
