Summary:
Exact Sciences is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) responsible for driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships within an assigned territory in Poland, focusing on oncology and diagnostics. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals—especially in hospital settings—to promote product adoption, provide tailored solutions, and achieve commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage key accounts by building strong relationships with clinical oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, and other decision-makers.
- Drive sales performance and achieve territory objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and lead adoption discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and Marketing Team to support broader commercial strategies.
- Attend relevant medical conferences and workshops to promote the product and stay informed on market trends.
- Provide ongoing customer support and ensure smooth product usage and ordering.
- Offer timely feedback to management on market insights and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, or related field).
- 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in oncology, diagnostics, or specialty care.
- Proven success in key account management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of oncology care, particularly breast cancer.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
Preferred:
- Experience working with various healthcare system stakeholders (clinicians, procurement, decision-makers).
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
