Summary:
Cradle is seeking a Global Account Executive based on the East Coast to drive strategic, high-value partnerships with leading biotech and pharma organizations. This role is central to Cradle’s growth, working at the intersection of AI-powered protein design and enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development across biotech and biopharma, closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
- Manage strategic accounts, including top 10 pharma companies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (product, ML, engineering, customer success) to shape and deliver complex, high-impact solutions.
- Influence product roadmap with customer insights.
- Represent Cradle at global events and build a strong personal brand in AI-for-science.
- Help refine Cradle’s enterprise sales strategy, playbooks, and processes.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent R&D experience in biotech/pharma.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally SaaS) with top-tier performance.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both scientific and executive audiences.
- Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments.
- Curious, collaborative, and a strong listener.
Nice-to-Have
- Established network in East Coast biotech/pharma.
- Knowledge of machine learning in life sciences.
- Experience in growth-stage startups.
