Summary:
Cradle is hiring a Marketing Events Coordinator to manage logistics and execution for global industry events across biotech, pharma, agritech, and academia. This role ensures Cradle’s brand is effectively represented at conferences, trade shows, and thought-leadership events, working closely with the marketing team and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistics for events (travel, shipping, registration, setup).
- Manage vendor relationships (venues, AV, catering, print).
- Align event plans with marketing and branding goals.
- Prepare and track event materials, collateral, and performance metrics.
- Attend key events to support on-site execution and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with great communication skills.
- Proficient with project and calendar tools (e.g., Asana, Cvent, Microsoft).
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
- Familiarity with Hubspot (CRM) and CMS tools.
