Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and close large enterprise deals in biotech/biopharma.
- Manage strategic accounts, including top 10 pharma companies.
- Collaborate with product, ML, and technical teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Influence product roadmap with market insights.
- Represent Cradle at industry events and build a personal brand in AI for science.
- Help build and scale sales processes in a fast-moving startup.
Requirements
- Life sciences background (advanced degree or hands-on R&D experience).
- 5+ years B2B sales experience (ideally SaaS), with top-performer track record.
- Strong communicator able to translate complex science into business value.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; self-starter mindset.
- Curious, humble, and strong listener.
Nice to Have
- Network in European biotech/pharma (especially DACH).
- Familiarity with machine learning in life sciences.
- Experience at a growth-stage startup or in an R&D role (wet lab or bioinformatics).
