Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)
As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of Mithrl’s growth—engaging scientists and R&D leaders, qualifying leads, and opening doors for breakthroughs in drug discovery. This is a high-impact, high-growth opportunity at the intersection of biotech and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect biotech/pharma companies and academic research institutions
- Run outbound campaigns targeting scientists, bioinformaticians, and R&D teams
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for sales/science teams
- Collaborate on messaging, customer insights, and GTM strategy
- Learn genomics, RNA-seq, and AI in drug discovery
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years in a BDR/SDR role (ideally biotech, AI, or enterprise SaaS)
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in complex B2B sales
- Strong writing, research, and technical communication skills
- Curious, resilient, and thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Bonus: experience with scientific software or knowledge of genomics/bioinformatics
