About the Role
DNA Script is looking for a Sales Operations Associate where you’ll support the sales team by managing tools, systems, and processes that drive customer acquisition and revenue. You’ll also serve as a key contact for prospective customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Customer onboarding, lead qualification, and quote/order management
- CRM & Data: Maintain HubSpot data for accurate forecasting and reporting
- Cross-functional Work: Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Fulfillment on contracts and orders
- Tools Management: Optimize SharePoint, HubSpot, NetSuite, and implement productivity tools
- Reporting: Build dashboards and KPIs for sales leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, SharePoint, Google Workspace
- Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting
- Preferred: Sales operations/admin/enablement experience
Nice-to-Haves
- 3+ years in life science or inside sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Passion for biotech/startup environment
