Position Summary
Kincell Bio is seeking a highly motivated business operations leader to support and optimize internal commercial workflows and contribute to sales and marketing efforts. This hybrid role (based near Durham, NC) will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal commercial workflows (e.g., proposal/change order management, pricing, S&OP forecasting).
- Support sales pipeline growth by managing inbound leads and assisting the sales team.
- Oversee proposal generation and pricing sheets; align with internal stakeholders on budgets and timelines.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including product launches, conference planning, and client site visits.
- Coordinate document production for sales proposals, client reports, and questionnaires.
- Manage Commercial budget and support forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of industry experience, with 3–5 years in proposal or business writing.
- Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong skills in organization, project management, analytics, and communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and tools like Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
- Background in biologics/CDMO industry.
- Budget management and forecasting experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

- Travel: 10–20%
