Position Summary:
Agendia is seeking a Molecular Oncology Specialist who will be responsible for driving sales and strategic account development for Agendia’s genomic testing products (e.g., MammaPrint, BluePrint) within a defined territory. This is a field-based, customer-facing role focused on expanding adoption of Agendia’s diagnostic tools in oncology practices, hospitals, and pathology groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and manage oncology customer accounts (oncologists, surgeons, hospitals)
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Educate healthcare providers on Agendia’s molecular testing solutions
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders
- Support sales strategy with regular reporting, CRM updates (Salesforce), and market insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and operations teams
- Represent Agendia at conferences, trade shows, and team meetings
- Comply with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience: 3+ years in diagnostics, oncology, lab services, biotech, or related field
- Skills: Strategic selling, territory management, CRM (Salesforce), strong scientific communication
