Role Overview:
Manage a broad range of financial and administrative functions, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, auditing, grants management, payroll, benefits administration, and procurement. Serve as a key financial partner aligned with the company’s entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Manage project budgets and federal grant reporting
- Coordinate grant applications and award processes
- Administer payroll, health, and retirement benefits
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and procurement
- Prepare tax filings and financial policy development
- Support employee onboarding and benefit management
- Maintain confidentiality and act in line with company culture
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- 5+ years corporate accounting and grants management experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
