Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruiting and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance
- Oversee performance management, promotions, and career growth
- Guide leadership coaching and employee development
- Administer benefits and employee programs
- Drive engagement and culture-building initiatives, including events and offsites
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Must have experience building HR at early-stage biotech startups
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions and systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Tools: Greenhouse, Gusto, Carta (or similar)
