Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will lead Mission Bio’s digital strategy, overseeing campaign development, digital content, paid media, lead generation, marketing automation, and performance analytics. This high-impact role supports global marketing initiatives and drives customer engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy focused on ROI and quality lead generation
- Manage paid channels (search, social, display, retargeting) aligned with brand and campaign goals
- Create and optimize digital content (emails, blogs, video, social, web)
- Own marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) for lead nurturing and segmentation
- Lead analytics efforts to measure KPIs, campaign success, and continuously optimize performance
- Manage contractors (SEO, web, digital strategy) and digital budgets
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support global/regional marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in digital marketing, ideally in life sciences tools or biotech
- Strong skills in Google Ads, paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube), and content strategy
- Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and A/B testing
- Skilled in campaign reporting, UX principles, and digital channel optimization
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Able to work independently and with remote teams
