They are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to drive adoption of our NGS solutions across labs, cancer centers, academic medical centers, and IDNs in the Central U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote Pillar’s NGS solutions to prospective labs and health systems
- Engage with labs adopting or planning to adopt NGS testing
- Achieve sales targets and manage regional pipeline
- Represent Pillar at industry events and conferences
- Maintain CRM data (Salesforce) and deliver accurate forecasts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences or Business
- 7+ years in complex healthcare sales
- 5+ years in Molecular Diagnostics sales (NGS preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Ability to travel and work independently in a dynamic environment
