Nona Biosciences is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition efforts, manage key relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new customers through proactive outreach and networking.
- Promote Nona’s technical capabilities with consultative, solution-based selling.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Gather market intelligence and analyze competitor activity to inform strategy.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in business development or sales within a preclinical CRO or biotech/pharma setting.
- Strong network in the Bay Area biotech/pharma ecosystem.
- Scientific background; Master’s degree required, PhD or MBA preferred.
- Familiarity with antibody drug discovery and protein engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
