About the Role:
TG Therapeutics is hiring a Key Accounts Associate Director to lead strategic engagement across major MS accounts in the New England region. This field-based leader will serve as the primary point of contact for key neurology clinics and health systems, driving adoption of BRIUMVI®, TG’s FDA-approved treatment for multiple sclerosis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with neurology clinics, health systems, and decision-makers
- Develop in-depth strategic account plans aligned with TG's goals
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer and patient experience
- Navigate P&T committees and manage buy-and-bill product pathways
- Present contract offerings (when applicable) and support the patient journey
- Analyze account dynamics and adjust strategies as needed
- Educate HCPs and stakeholders on disease and product within compliance guidelines
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in biopharma sales, with MS or neurology experience strongly preferred
- Proven success launching and managing buy-and-bill biologics in complex accounts
- Expertise in health system navigation, payer dynamics, and referral pathways
- Strong communication, data fluency, and account management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Must reside within the territory and be willing to travel 50%+
