About the Role:
BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is seeking a Director of Strategic Account Management to lead and grow relationships with mid-market health systems (IDNs) across the US. This role manages a cross-functional matrix team to deliver BD’s portfolio solutions, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic account planning and execution for assigned health system customers.
- Develop executive-level relationships to co-create business value.
- Oversee multifunctional teams across sales, clinical, supply chain, marketing, and other areas.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Act as the primary BD account leader for assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced or clinical degrees preferred.
- 5+ years managing large healthcare accounts/IDNs.
- 7+ years sales/marketing experience in healthcare or MedTech.
- Proven success engaging C-suite executives and negotiating complex agreements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
