The Sales Analyst, Commissions role involves designing and managing processes and tools for sales planning, commissions, and performance reporting across various sales organizations
This position is crucial for ensuring accurate compensation payments, optimizing existing processes, and supporting the Sales Planning & Compensation team in enhancing the quality and timeliness of commission execution
Ensure accurate and compliant compensation payments by understanding plans
Collaborate with sales management and other teams to verify sales data
Handle monthly and quarterly sales compensation reconciliations using Excel and tools
Resolve compensation disputes and manage issue escalations with stakeholders
Support compensation audit deliverables and Sarbanes-Oxley testing
Maintain and improve the compensation process and systems, including testing new plan implementations
